Ted performed a pre-drywall inspection and final inspection for a new home. He was very educated on the building standards and processes and extremely thorough. We only had minor items found during pre-drywall, but more issues found during the final inspection. The report was presented well and provided the builder exactly what they needed.

I used Ted Rodgers of Greystone Home Inspections twice within the span of a few weeks. As a professional home builder, I never thought I would need a home inspection service. However, after looking for a resale and needing a comprehensive inspection I chose Greystone. Ted was prompt, professional and flexible with my busy schedule. He saved me from buying a dud of a house and then inspected a great older home. It was in good condition, but he found some hidden flaws. I highly recommend Greystone Home Inspections if you need a Home Inspector in the Atlanta area. Even if you have a considerable amount of construction experience it will be money well spent.
