I wanted to thank you for the great job you did inspecting the Suwanne home we were going to buy. My Dad, who is a general contractor in Virginia, said we were wasting our money getting an inspection after he looked at the house last month. He found some small problems but missed three major issues that you found. Since the seller is unwilling to spend the $3,000 to $4,000 to correct the problems, we are going to look for another house. I will be calling you as soon as we find a new house.

As a first time homebuyer and single woman I was terrified that everyone was going to take advantage of me in the home buying process. My biggest fear was that since the home was over 40 years old, it would be falling apart and I wouldn't know. Although you did find some problems, you assured me there were no major issues with the house. Thanks for spending the time that was required to insure that I understood exactly what condition the house was in. When the inspection was over, I was no longer afraid I was buying a "pig in a polk". I'm now in my great new house and just wanted to thank you guys for a job well done.

I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for saving my butt. As I told you on the phone, there is no way I would have seen, much less realized the significance of the slightly leaning basement wall if you hadn't pointed it out. Both of the foundation stabilization companies you directed me to agreed the front yard was slowly pushing into the basement. The cheapest bid we got was $14,000 to correct the problem with a lifetime warranty. We decided to move on and find another house. I will be calling you shortly.
