Q: Can A House Fail The Inspection?
A: No. A professional home inspector does not issue a pass or fail grade on a home. A home inspection is an examination of the current condition of the property. The home inspector will describe the physical condition of the home and indicate what may need repair or replacement.
Q: When Do I Get The Report?
A: Reports are emailed within 24 hours after the end of the inspection. For a morning inspection, the reports are usually emailed out the same day.
Q: What Kind Of Report Can I Expect?
A: Reports are emailed in a PDF format that can be read by any computer. All reports include color photos for easy identification of problem areas. See my Sample Report.

Q: How Do I Pay The Inspector?
A: At the conclusion of the inspection payment is due. We accept personal checks (made out to GreyStone Home Inspections), cash and all major credit cards. If you are unable to attend the inspection, we ask that you furnish us with your credit card information when scheduling your appointment. Your card will not be charged until the inspection is complete.
