GreyStone Home Inspections, LLC is fully owned and operated by Ted Rodgers. I conduct home inspections and environmental testing on one to four family dwellings throughout the entire metropolitan Atlanta area. I perform re-sale inspections, new construction inspections, pre-drywall inspections, warranty inspections and pre-sale inspections. I am dedicated to performing high quality, thorough home inspections on a case by case basis. The length of an inspection typically runs for 3-4 hours, but there is no set time limit. Some homes that have been neglected or poorly built can take much longer. Each house has a different story to tell.

I am ICC Code Certified, a member of GAHI (Georgia Association of Home Inspectors) and a full time home inspector. I carry full liability insurance.

The standard inspection appointment slots are at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday thru Saturday. There is often some flexibility in the schedule and I frequently perform inspections on Sunday. Appointments are currently only arranged by phone, but please note the office is typically open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7 days a week.
